Studying like crazy helped me pass. I would study day and night, night and day.
I studied Kaplan, everything that came with the course, I watched videos, did the questions, read the book a few times & borrowed a friend's helen feuer cd's for content.
I felt nervous as well before taking the test, even the week before, I was shaking in my boots, but all I can say is STUDY STUDY STUDY.... and that anxiety you have will work for you, just like it did for me. You will pass.

What helped me pass was studying a lot, listening to Feuer CDs, Kaplan online, and the NCSBN website @learningext.com>
Good luck and don't study too hard just study with the right materials!
