Question? - to test or not to test........

i finally got my ATT. i originally scheduled my exam feb 19, but rescheduled to feb 1. I am now thinking that maybe i should just wait. i still have kaplan questions left, and tomorrow( day before the test) I have some errands to run.

I think its meant to be however, because i have been saying that i want to test before i start my position Feb 11. I now have the chance.

i scored with 97%chance of passing with ATI and passed Kaplan's readiness test. I havent been doing lots of questions really, since my course ended last tuesday. I feel like I know I will pass... i just dont know. what do you all think.

Re: to test or not to test........

I actually remember one poster who posted here like a year and a half ago who hadn't finished Kaplan and got not so great scores on the tests and ended up passing at 75 questions. If you feel ready..I say go for it...all the best with whatever decision you make!

Although it is your decision most people never feel ready for the exam. Good luck in whatever you decide

Re: to test or not to test........

i feel the same way.....i just finished my KAPLAN review tonight....I am not sure how much it helped????? I am thinking I will review content for the next week or so and take it next Friday. I feel pretty confident. I wonder how much harder Kaplan makes their questions during the review course in relation to the NCLEX?

i am hoping kaplan tries to make their exam harder. i know they want yo to score 65% where as NCLEX is designed for you to get 50% correct and 50% incorrect.

my scores on kaplan arent that great, but i have got to get this test over with. best of luck to you
