Suzanne's First Tip Question?

I recently took the NCLEX for the first time on May 2nd and failed it. Now I have chosen to go through Suzanne BUT I have a question about the first tip. In addition to the information she requested, do I send in the scores of each quiz I take? Just clarifying Thanks!

Don't think so but you do need to include you have completed it and I think how long it took.

Suzanne usually asks that questions pertaining to her plan is asked via pm and not on open boards.
