Stressed out? RELAX OR Take a study break

Hi Guys,

I just thought I'd share this wonderful site with you.

http://www.learningmeditation.com/room.htm

It has bunch of soothing music and meditations/relaxations whatever you would prefer to call it. I am finding it useful, thought there are many stressed out like me, who could you this. So here it is - I hope it helps someone. Good luck to all of us.
