specific NCLEX or Nursing Question

it is 4:30 in San Diego, CA

Is there a way to search for particular types of questions (NCLEX) or
Nursing type questions? . . in particular

"During a routine follow up visit to a pt who was discharged from the hospital 6 days ago, the nurse identifies that the pt's wound is beginning to show signs of infection. The nurse should implement the following actions" :

A. Change dsg more freq, complete an incident report, notify MD
B Notify supervisor, record a detailed description of the wound, notify MD
C. Notify supervisor, complete a compliant report, notify hospital that
discharged pt
D. Notify hospital that discharged pt, complete Incident report, change the wound
care protocol

Not sure what your asking. If you want Nclex style questions, your best bet is buying Books with CD's or getting Kaplan Review. There are not that many places where you will get free questions from the internet.
Also, if that is a real Nclex question it is against copyright laws to post it. But, I do know the answer to it, I just don't want to give it unless I am sure it is not a real question.
