Lightbulb Scheduling For The NCLEX Exam In MA

Can anyone share me any idea with regards to preparing for the right time to schedule and plan for your exam date before April 2007? I am planning to take it on the 25th of February 2007. Would I have enough time for my planed date to be scheduled if I did my application on the first week of February 2007?
