Saunders vs. Exam Cram

I'm studying for the NCLEX-PN in anticipating to take in September. I have the Saunders book but have heard from several that the Exam Cram is better as far as rationale, focusing on key topics, and such. Has anyone used either? I would like to know feedback.

I've been doing both the questions in Exam Cram i've heard are more like the questions on the actual NCLEX. Exam Cram is not better for rationale....infact their rationales are the worst. I'm also waiting for my PN exams taking them in NY the wait is so hard. I use the Saunders for content and Exam Cram for different variety of questions.

Re: Saunders vs. Exam Cram

I've never heard of exam-cram, but I used Saunders (as well as others) to study for the NCLEX-RN, and I found it really helpful. It seems like the general consensus is that Saunders is a good resource for review material, although I thought their questions were too easy. I took the NCLEX yesterday and I think the questions resembled Kaplan more than anything. Check out amazon.com because they offer reviews on many NCLEX books and the Saunders book has very high ratings. Hope that helps...

I think you should go www.kaptest.com and try out the Qbank of questions for the NCLEX-PN. They have questions for free that you can sample before you purchase and the cost is $79. Check it out.
