recommended book!

I'm not sure if this recommendation has been posted before, but I'm gonna let you all know anyway I've been using saunders Q&A and although it is a great book, it doesn't have very many priority, delegating, and assignment questions...so I bought this book called "Prioritization, Delegation, and Assignment: Practice Exercises for Medical-Surgical Nursing" and it is seriously a GREAT prep for those type of questions (it seems like alot who have already taken the test have gotten MANY of those type of questions!)! It also has many SATA questions too!

Just a recommendation
