ready for nclex

can someone post exactly how to sign up to take the nclex? i have graduated and do not know what exactly i am supposed to do. something about an ATT number , is this correct?

You need to apply to a state BON for licensure by examination. There is nothing that you can do to take the exam, until that is completed. You also need to sugn up with Pearson-Vue at www.pearsonvue.com and pay for the exam. This is the only way that you will get the ATT, they send it out.

i signed up for licensure at BON and i signed up with pearson but i never received an email from either one. i know my licensure went through on my credit card but i never received anything form the board. i signed up with pearson about one and half weeks ago but still have not heard anything or been charged for that..
