re apply 45 days when does the counting of days start

hi there i failed nclex last feb 6 and life goes on for me stl fighting to pass this challenges my question is when does the 45 day re-take ox nclex starts is it on the day after the exam feb 7 or the day i got the mail or the day the BON got my reapplication form? help pls cause im working on my study schedule for the next exam. And can anybody reccommend a good review center for international graduates near downtown los angeles, plus im thinking of doing suzzanes plan does it work if i have only 1 month to prepare, pls help i really need some advices. to pump up my spirit. tnks

I'm pretty sure it starts the day you take the test.

Day of exam.
But one month will not give you time to do my plan. Not enough time.

starting counting after your test..cause i did that and now i got my eligility to take again from bon.....

yep! the window period starts from the time you took your last test!....
