Question Predicting success?

I've been doing Saunder's 4 week review course for the NCLEX on evolve, and all I have left is the adaptive test, which is structured like the NCLEX based on difficulty, right and wrong answers, you get between 75-265 questions, etc. I have averaged 82% on the tests on each content unit with scores from a low of 78% to a high of 87%. I just took the 265 question cumulative test over all subject areas and got a 76%. Is there any way to predict how I will do on the actual NCLEX based on this? (I'll take the adaptive test tonight or tomorrow and let you know how it goes!)

PS - I am reviewing all my missed questions and making notes of stuff to go back and review. I take the NCLEX Monday and am starting to get worried!
