Yes, it is 100% illegal and they need to be reported. It is in violation of the contract that you have with the Board that writes the NCLEX exam to discuss any information that was on the exam with anyone, and they can get proscecuted for it. And websites have been closed down because of it.
That is not typical practice of Feuer review centers, but if one is doing that, they need to be reported, and ASAP to your Board of Nursing. And to their parent company. For students to give them questions, the student can actually be in big trouble and fined, and even jailed, if caught. It is that serious of an offense. Cheating is not tolerated on any level........and especially on a licensing exam.
