I see your point, but keep in mind that the NCSBN publishes the
NCLEX Candidate Bulletin which includes the test plan for both PN and RN, breaking down the approximate percentages of questions in (very broad) categories. So it's not like they're trying to keep the question types 100% top secret. I think there's a big difference between someone posting 'I got several med questions' and 'I got six questions about amoxicillin.'
