I was told by the PA BON yesterday that they never received my application from the middle of December (and she states she is current on all app's recieved...none laying around). I sent my application certified mail and got my reciept back postdated on December 27th signed with a date and time. PA still insists despite this that they never got it...my check has not cleared the bank yet either. Has anyone else had issues like this and what did you do to fix it/

That is not ATT issues but BON issues. Two completely different things. The ATT actually comes from Pearson-Vue after they receive your payment as well as approval from the BON.

Who actually signed for the letter? There should be a signature there, as well name. That will be ther only way that you can trace it. And if your check was not cashed, then just sumbit another application, and send it by courier service. If they do not have the application, and your check was not cashed, then the fastest thing to do is to submit it again. Do they have the transcripts from your school?
