Re: one week to D day

Hello, Nickiejay, I'm no expert by any means but I took the PN two days ago and just found out that I passed. I used only Sauders Compre. Review for NCLEX-PN cd. I was comfortable with taking the test. After it was over, I came out there thinking the questions were easy, something must be wrong. I did 80-100 questions a day for about two weeks and stopped studying the day before. I also mastered the basic lab values (K+, Na+ etc). But whatever you do or are doing now. JUST PRAY HARD. That works too. Good Luck next week. T.

Re: one week to D day

Hi, I'm not sure if the two are different because I never used lippincott. I only used Saunder's, which helped me out a lot. I wish you luck and I look forward to hearing how everything turns out. T.

Re: one week to D day

thanks so much. and i would like to tell you that i passed. i just checked my quick results. i'm so happy because i would not want to sit that exam again. i used the lipincott 7th edition to study and i did all the 2000 plus questions in it. i also have the saunders 3rd edition but i didnot use it.

i was a little worries because about 2 days before my exam i was on this site and everyone was saying that they used saunders and that they never heard of linpincott. i was pisseed with myself because i had this book and i didnt even bother tto look at it. but never the less i trusted in my self and God and i passed. WITH 85 QUESTIONS

how long before they sent your license in the mail? for NEW YORK FOLKS

Re: one week to D day

I am sooo happy for you. I know that it's a relief to have that over with. I just got my license in the mail on Friday. That is about 9 days after I found out that I passed. If you choose, you can still apply for jobs as long as you have a license number. I started looking immediately but I still haven't found what I'm looking for yet, because my husband is deployed and I can only work days because of my kids. I wish you all the best and a blessed nursing carreer. T

Re: one week to D day

CONGRATULATIONS!

I am still waiting for my big day...3 weeks from now. i am into different reviewers but i did organize all of them few weeks ago. i am doing 100-150 questions/day and i hope it'll help. i still encountered practice questions and topic which is not familiar to me but i try not to panic.

i hope i'll end up as successful as you after i take the test.

congratulaitons again!
