WHAT WAS THAT I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT I FAILED .I FELT LIKE I DIDN'T KNOW ANTYHING. TO MAKE MATTERS WORST THE COMPUTER SHUT OFF AT 203.I TOOK THE PN.THE COMPUTER WAS TRYING TO TELL ME GIVE IT UP U CAN'T PASS, NOW I SIT AND WAIT SO I CAN RETAKE MY TEST

Don't give up! The computer shuts off when it makes a decision with 95% certainty... at any given number, it could be pass or fail (but most people do pass the exam).

Taking the NCLEX is like an emotional rollercoaster...relief its over, fear that you will have to take it again, hope that you don't...from what I gather it's perfectly normal what you are feeling. I know I was in full panic mode when I finished this morning and judging by other people's posts its the same for just about everyone. No matter what happens, YOU WILL BE OK!! The outcome is unknown...when those result appear you will probably chuckle at how stressed out you were only to find out you passed!! Keep the faith!!

i know what u mean but i can't help but feel like i failed i don't know of anyone who got 203 questions and passed or fail in that matter. i will keep that faith i hope for the best for all of us

Calm down! the # of questions really does NOT matter! I passed with 75, and a classmate got 265 and passed. Cross your fingers and think happy thoughts!

My class brainiac had the computer shut off at 75 and he said he was 100% certain he failed (he passed). Another classmate ran the gamut (250+ questions) and passed. My test lasted 106 questions and I passed. Oh but those 2 days of waiting!

Hope for the best but prepare your mind for the worst.You need to be optimistic.I know its usually hard passing the 48hrs of waiting but really have to hang on.You'll make it in Jesus name !! AMEN.
