If you haven't done so already, purchase an NCLEX review book with the accompanying CD-ROM. Do 85 to 100 questions daily on the CD-ROM to get accustomed to sitting in front of a computer at an actual test center. Also, study your weakest areas (my weaknesses were math, meds, respiratory, musculoskeletal, shock, infections, acid-base balance, and a few other subjects). Study your weakest areas and review your strong areas. I did the aforementioned things and passed on the first try.
Good luck to you!
