Question Need help to pass NCLEX-RN

Hello, I have taken the NCLEX twice now and failed. I dont know what I am doing wrong. I have been studying since I took it last and dont know what I need to do to pass. I have been taking test after test answering as many questions as possible. Anyone willing to tutor me would be greatly appreciated. Please help me.
