Ever heard of this one? Since knowing how to take the test is an important part of doing well: The wrong answers will sometimes be written in a way so that they seem like the right one - for this reason, there may be some important clues to the answer in a wrong answer. Not all answers are "distractors." I'm sure the people who create the right wrong answers for the NCLEX are often thinking about an answer that "seems" right, but isn't. I started to notice this was taking practice exams.
