Red face NCLEX review

hi, im a new member. im reviewing for the NCLEX, im using saunders as my refernce. I love that book because it makes me easy to understand difficult topics specially in Medical surgical nursing. can you help me make an outline on where to start. I mean what topic should I read first? i don't really know where to start. I would really appreciate your help. thank you!

welcome!

you have a PDA with a saunders review on it? (this is the PDA section) I was not aware that saunders had an nclex review for PDA...or just the book? if you have the saunders comprehensive book (3rd or 4th ed), please go here http://allnurses.com/forums/f197/200...ip-272192.html I am just starting out on it myself as per the instructions of taking the test for each chapter, and rereading the 75% and below scores for each chapter... I also have an NCLEX reviewer for my palm, but that is for spur of the moment, waiting for my bus type moments.

good luck!
