What does that mean in terms of the probability of pass/fail. Freaking the hell out please help.

Doesn't mean anything, we have had people pass with 265 questions and we have had people fail. Nothing you can do but try to relax and wait for your results

Relax and take it easy!!! I know that is very hard to say (I myself panicked many times during the wait) but worrying will change nothing.
The amount of questions DOES NOT MATTER! One of my good friends took it last week and she got all 265 and passed.
