As Suzanne said, the number of questions has no bearings on whether you passed or not. It's the level at which you were consistently getting 50% correct. Keep in mind that you will get 50% wrong on the test. It's the nature of CAT (computer adaptive testing). Or should I say beast?
People can get the least amount of questions on the NCLEX-RN and fail (75), or get the most questions (265) and pass. There is a thread at the top of the forum, in a "sticky" explaining the NCLEX grading system. If you can read that, it might help you understand the grading better.
