Unhappy IELTS taken every 2 years???

Im from the Philippines and my IELTS expired feb.of this year.(coz i read on the results that IELTS is assessed every 2 years) Im Visascreen certified and planning to take the NCLEX this year. My question is, do I have to take IELTS again since it is a must before taking NCLEX? please, anyone,answer my question...please...
