I took the nclex exam last wed. iam so nervous, evaerynight praying thinking of all questions i remembered.i do have lots of SATA, 5 computations which i knew only 1 got correct, lots of delegations, prioritizations, pedia,ob,psych,what to delegate with the newly hired nurse.a lot of questions that needs when to intervene, that requires follow up?? Iam so worried about my 5 ?s about med calculations as well as Sata.
I hope i will passed. but i answered all my ?s with allof my efforts till the end.
