Question? - How long to get official results?

I took the NCLEX Wednesday, January 23. My "quick results" shows that I failed. It is now Thursday, January 31 and I have no official results yet. How long does it take the state to process the test? (I'm from Wisconsin.) Anybody know if it is taking longer because I failed? I feel like I am on hold right now, I plan on taking the Kaplan course, but I don't want to pay $400 for it until I get my official results.
