How does Suzanne's Plan work?

I have read some posts and was wondering how it works. I have the Saunder's Q & A book will this work (Idon't have money to get another book). I have seen that it is a 6wk thing. Can you do it in less? I am waiting for my ATT and will like test ASAP.
