hey do anyone think the NCSBN review is difficult?

Hey do anyone think the NCSBN is difficult? I've been getting mid 50-60's score... I don't know if it's because it is hard or because I'm lacking the critical thinking... I usually do well in school... I've also done well in other practice questions like the one in SAUNDERS i get like 78-80% and DELMAR like around 70%... Lippincott I get like high 80%...

I've been getting between 65-75%. UGH! I do much better on Saunders. I take the NCLEX on Saturday, so we'll see.

Re: hey do anyone think the NCSBN review is difficult?

ha, i know, i take the NCLEX in 1 week, right now i am awake at like 130am, taking the NCSBN review, i am doing ok but not as good as i expected, i took mosbys and i scored in the high 70s in some areas, lippincotts too, but i am in the low to mid 70s for the NCSBN but i think its a better review, i am thinking more critically now than before u know how u see an answer u think is not right i would just ignore it but now when i see an odd answer i ask why is this answer there and i wrack my brain and its usually the right one....i dont have time to read the entire review coz i only have 1 wk left and i already read and read my eyes out i am just honing in my test taking skills,....earlier this evening when i was kinda flunking i began to panic which i never did before but i was like should i not have known these answers??? but their review is way better and better tailored to the NCLEX ihave heard...the more questions u do the better u get its a fact!!!!! GOOD SUCCESS///

Whew! I thought I was really going to lose it. I started this course last night and almost cried when I, the 3.9 student was getting high 60's low70's. I'm glad to hear that others think this is a good review. Thank you!

Re: hey do anyone think the NCSBN review is difficult?

Well, I took the plunge and bought it last night. I did the 150 question quiz at the beginning and to my utter shock only got 67%!!!! I have been doing Mosby CAT and Saunders since graduation and I think I may have just gotten used to the questions/style of questions, so I think I will be getting my 49.00 out of the next 3 weeks of this review. While I'm following Suzanne's plan primarily, I think it's good to do other question banks so I don't freak when I take the NCLEX and see a 'foreign' format or question style. Who knows, the proof will be in the pudding when I take the beast on 7/31....
