Re: Helpful charting book

Hi there. I was recently looking for the same kind of book and ran across a good one at Barnes & Noble. It is called "Mosby's Surefire Documentation: How, What, and When Nurses Need To Document". It has turned out to be very helpful and has lots of information. It did set me back about 40 bucks but worth every penny and definately a keeper until I get the hang of things!
