Help!!!!!!!!!! Took Nclex RN Today

I took Nclex Rn today and OMG went all the way to 265. It seems as if I don't know a thing they were asking. I became anxious as soon as i start my the exam, my heart was pounding rapidly till ques 75. OMG the computer did not shut up, pass 100, ques keeps coming and then I just calm down, it was like magic. I can't believe I sat there for 5hrs without a break, knowing myself, I give myself credit today. Well the big issue now is did I pass or fail. Please everyone, WHAT QUESTIONS DO U CONSIDER PASSING LEVEL QUESTIONS OF BELOW LEVEL QUESTIONS? I have 3 maths, about 6-8 choose all that apply, Lot of meds I have never heard of, some infection control, teaching, who will the nurse visit or see first, who will the nurse discharge and so on, basically, my exam was mostly physiological integrityand that's my weak area. I also think I have some below level questions, so I am really confuse. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Re: Help!!!!!!!!!! Took Nclex RN Today

I can't say one way or the other what are passing questions or not. I just took the exam today and had 75 questions, some seemed really hard and others were easy. I only had 2 or 3 alternative items (check all) and the rest were multiple choice. I'm just as confused as you are!! I wish I could offer some advice...all we can do is wait and see. I have read so many things on this board and the only consistent thing I can take away from all of it is that there is just no way to tell how you did until those results are posted. There is nothing we can do now to change our exams so all that is left is to pray that we passed (and try not to die from anxiety in the process!!)
