Help! - Help I'm breaking down!!!!

Can some one out there please help me? I have taken the nclex pn two times and both times I failed. I love taking care of people and I love being there for people. It makes me feel good and makes me feel like I’m paying back in a way for people that where there for my Dad on his death bed.
I'm so disappointed in my self. I read the whole sander’s book the second time I took the exam. Both times the computer gave me up to 190 questions. I don’t know if I was close to passing but I don’t know. But I still didn't pass. I realized I got a lot of critical thinking questions. I have problems figuring out which pt to see first if all four have respiratory problems or circulatory problems even if I use the ABC's it does not help I don't know what I’m going to do. I feel like this is the end of my career. I’m thinking of getting a tutor but I don't know, can some one please help me. How can I prepare for my next exam?

Hi and welcome to the site

Check out Suzanne's plan and it is aimed at both PN and RN and just used the latest Saunders and best thing is free. All information regarding her plan can be found under the sticky titled 2008 version of Suzanne's first tip. Follow the first part as it is written and once finished send her a pm.

To send pm just click on her name and then private message in the drop down box

Re: Help I'm breaking down!!!!

i took the lvn boards passed and am now waiting my results for my RN boards. Something that might help is if all of them have respiratory which one is gonna die if you don't see them. if you could only d0 one thing what would it be? If you could only raise the head of the bed or only call the doctor or only administer the medication which one would you choose knowing that if you didn't do the others the pt would still be alive.

Re: Help I'm breaking down!!!!

Hi, I just took my RN boards, I got between 170 and 200 questions, and I got the last question wrong. Is that a bad sign?
