Question? - Good sign?

My friend and I took the NCLEX on the same day, same time. Yesterday she received notification by email that she did not pass and that she had to wait 45 days to retake it. I did not receive any emails regarding my NCLEX and was not sure if they email everyone or just those who had not passed. I don't want to get my hopes up but I am stuck here in limbo wondering and as horrible as I feel about my friend not passing, I am kinda jealous that she at least has some relief and an answer. BTW, we live in Alaska and do not take part in the quick results. This email was notification from the BON.

Does anyone else have a BON that notifies by email like this if they failed? If there is not an email do they call?

Sigh...

Re: Good sign?

I have never heard of a BON notifying by e-mail, it is always by snail mail. This is definitely a first for me hearing of this.

They also never call, they could be prosecuted for giving the information to the incorrect person.

No BON in the US ever gives results over the phone for this very same reason, they have no proof that you are who you say that you are.

Best of luck to you while you are waiting.
