you can contact them either email or telephone..but wait for 3-5months and if no response within 3-5months...call or email them.

When applying from abroad you must give them atleast 3 months minimum before thinking on contacting them many take longer than that

CA is actually four months on average for the foreign grad, would wait that amount of time before contacting them. Foreign nurses have different requirements and their credentials need to be evaluated differently than those that trained in the US, much longer to get approval.
