Do I need to read more books to pass NCLEX?

For all the nurses who passed the NCLEX exam, can I ask what book you guys are using because we use Saunders book here in the Philippines and I like to have more reference, I'm getting anxious..
Thank you.

Don't get too confused by using too many books. Saunders should be more than enough just keep practicing the questions and when you get them wrong check the rationale to see why it was wrong.

Re: Do I need to read more books to pass NCLEX?

I agree. I used Saunders, answered all the questions at each section end and those in the back of the book. Yes it did take a couple of weeks to do this. I looked at the CD that came with it and decided the book itself was what I wanted to study from. I passed the NCLEX the first round earlier this month. Too many books are a source of confusion. I find that they say the same thing pretty much. Good luck.

STICK TO THAT BOOK AND READ CAREFULLY ABOUT THE RATIONALE.
AND MAKE YOU HAVE PRIORITY ANG DELEGATION BY MOSBY. ITS HELP ME ALOT.
AND TRY TO READ ABOUT ISOLATION. THAT'S NCLEX ONE OF THE FAVORITE QUESTIONS.

Reading all the books in the market without knowing how to answer nclex Q or the strategies will get you nowhere.Read your review but do many questions and study the rationales by so doing, you are apparently reviwing your stuff.Goodluck.
