Hi-
I just took the NCLEX-RN 2 weeks ago and DID NOT PASS with 75 questions. I thought I was more than prepared to pass the test. I think I must have more test anxiety than I thought. I have started to rebuild my self-esteem and will retake it on Aug 1. Wish me luck.

I'm really sorry you didn't pass. I know you will pass the second time! I'm actually taking my test a week from today. How did you study the first time??? I wish you good luck!!!

I feel your pain. I just took mine today. Machine shut off somewhere between 125 and 140 (I wasn't looking). I know I failed. I only got 1 check all that apply, 1 med calculation. The rest were who should you see first, etc.
I thought I studied pretty hard for this, but I guess not. I didn't do 3,000 questions like they say you should, but I did do practice questions every day since April.
I'm really bummed out about this!

Why don't you wait until your results before you get so bummed. You might have passed. The number of questions is only the number of questions.

You sound like you were prepared. I am sure that you passed! The computer knew that you passed with that number of questions and did not feel the need for you to have to go any further. Great job. Keep us posted!

AM I ALONE ?
I just retook the NCLEX today for the second time. It seemed easier, but this time I took all 265 vs the 75 the first time. I still felt like when I was taking the test, I should know this, but was only able to narrow it down to 2 and hopefully picked the right one. It is frustrating because I thought I was prepared the first time, but this time even more so, and now the next 48 hours will be terrible. Is there any truth to the first person in the room to take the exam gets 265 questions?
Thanks
