She is referring to the fifteen or so posts that some have made after they have graduated. It is considered spamming to post the same thing on multiple threads.

We are the first to applaud anyone here, but everyone still has to follow the TOS of this site.

We all truly are thrilled when you pass the NCLEX - believe me I can't wait for more nurses to join our ranks! However, it would be more concise to limit the posting to one forum and then you will have a chance to see ALL your congratulations!
