thank you so much. You have made me feel slight relief. I took the NCLEX test here in CA and a friend took it 2 days after i did. She got her results after 16 days I am now at 20 days and still waiting.

OH WOW.. I KNOW HOW YOU ARE FEELING BUT IF YOU ARE ON VACATION YOU SHOULD JUST LET TIME PASS AND WAIT.. IF YOU DWELL IT WILL TAKE LONGER AND LONGER. I THINK IF YOU CALL THE BOARDS THEY WILL TELL A LIE. THEY TOLD ME THAT MY RESULTS HAS NOT BEEN PREOCESSED AND THEN THE DAY AFTER I GOT MY RESULTS. . SOME OF THEM ARE OKAY AND SOME OF THEM ARE USLESS. I KNOW EXACTLY HOW YOU FEEL. I FAILED MORE THAN 3XS. .AND JUST IMAGINE HOW MUCH DAYS AND WEEKS I HAD TO PUT UP WITH IT. .ITS VERY DEVASTATING. IT MAKES ME FEEL DOWN . BUT I KNOW IM NOT THE ONLY ONE.

1. They are not permitted to give you results over the phone.
2. The LVN license is not handled by the Board of Registered Nursing.
3. Foriegn RNs that take the exam know that it is approximately 4 weeks until they receive their letter in the mail. Without a SSN#, they will never see results on the CA BRN website.

hey guys! after days of long waiting and endless sleepless nights of paranoia, i finally received my nclex results wednesday of last week... yehey! i passed! thanks!

I too live in CA and it took 4 whole weeks to find out that I passed. I swear this is the truth- so those of you in CA who know of people who find out that they passed in 2-4 days by seeing license online (I too knew of several friends who found out in just a few days,which added GREATLY to my stress!), be assured that it can take WEEKS and it doesn't mean that you failed. It just means that you might have to suffer longer to find out...so to those who are still waiting after 2-4 weeks, hang in there!!!!!! (Also, if its longer than 3 weeks, make sure you call the BRN/BON to inquire as to why the holdup, just in case its fingerprint or transcript related) Two things seem to be true: the number of questions is not related to likelihood of pass/fail, and neither is the length of the waiting time to get results!!!! (at least for CA)

I just wrote mine in Minnesota yesterday...it cut me off at 75 questioins....is this good or bad...the brochure says it doesn't mean anything. I am transferring to California once I succeed... Wish me luck

I took my nclex last may 24, 07,the comp shut off at 75 and i only have 1 select all that apply is that mean, i missed it...or i failed...I have lots of priority...but my last question was easy...dont know what to do still dont have the results!!!
