Exclamation Blank mind after reading nclex question. Is it normal?

Sometimes, after reading a SIMPLE case and question stem, I didn't remember what I just read. Is it normal? Does it happen to any one? What should I do to avoid this?

Re: Blank mind after reading nclex question. Is it normal?

Im so happy to hear that this happened to someone else. Not tha Idont wish you well, by all means I hope you passed. But I blanked on the entire test. When I got to 205 I think I was pretty much in a trance. I did not pass but I do suffer from severe test anxiety. Am going at again though. Goodluck..
