Question? - To Anyone Who Failed the NCLEX and Passed on a Different Attempt...

I have a question for anyone, RN or LVN who has failed their NCLEX and retook it and then passed again.....

What did you do differently the subsequent time that wasnt 'there' the initial time?

Thanks.

Re: To Anyone Who Failed the NCLEX and Passed on a Different Attempt...

I failed the nclex rn 2 times. First and secound time I used Saunders and a few other books. The thing that I think did it the third time was that I had took the Kaplan online class and did all the questions in the QBank.

!st-250 questions failed
2nd-75- failed
3rd-78-80 passed

If you already know your content pretty well. This will be a good review. And it helps you zero in on the type of questions that are being asked.

I too passed on my third attempt and I tried a few other books but Saunders is the one that did it for me plus learningtext. A lot depends on how you study and which study guide works for you.

Good luck
