Advice for upcoming NCLEX takers

This is just a simple thought a lot of people miss over. If you wanna take your test..try to schedule it for a Monday or Tuesday. If you take it on a Thursday or Friday and your state has that "two business days for results" thing, you'll end up waiting four- five days because of the weekend. And dont schedule your test near holidays if you can avoid it, so you can get your results ASAP.
-Much Love,

Teleflurry RN.

Re: Advice for upcoming NCLEX takers

I have to disagree. If your state participates in Pearson quick results, you will get results within 48 hours no matter if it is a holiday or weekend. Two of my friends took the NCLEX on wednesday and got their results this morning (even though it's a holiday) from Pearson Vue website. However, if your states does not participate in quick results, then your statement is correct that it will take longer.

Thanks Bebob for the polite disagreement. I speak for several friends of mine that encountered the very issue I spoke of here in the state of Florida, which does participate in the Quick Results program. Perhaps its just dependant on who's working, but that was their experience's I highlighted. Take care.
