I did the Feuer nursing review. I really liked it a lot. It was a live review for five days. They went in depth of content review and it reassured me of everything I had learned in nursing school. The instructors were very good and realy knew their information. I was glad that I had sat through it. I also did Kaplan to help me practice questions. But the Feuer really helped put me in the right direction for studying. I did pass on the first time with 83-85 questions, but I also practiced around 4000 + questions. I do reccomend going to the live review. You will get hard copies of review books (paperback) and questions qith the rationales.
