I like SATA questions. 23 of my 75 on the NCLEX were SATAs and if I remember correctly, were teaching questions. Here's how I approach them:
1) read the question twice. Get rid of the distractors and determine what is being asked.
2) read each answer carefully. Does it appropriately answer the question?
3) don't worry about how many you've selected.
I thought Kaplan had a decent amount of SATA practice questions in the qbank. Hope this helps.
