75 Q No OB

I just finished taking my NCLEX exam. I was finished in 75 questions. Most of my questions seem to have been Med/Surg with a lot on protective equipment for specific diseases. I am not lying when I say that I had at least 25 SATA questions. What concerns me the most is that I had no OB questions. I had a couple of baby questions but not really newborn baby. Could I have passed without answering an OB question? Does the fact that I had so many SATA questions be a good thing?

Re: 75 Q No OB

If you have 75 questions and that many select all that apply; seems to be a good sign, also you have all the infection control ? which is also good. BE confident in yourself. Stay positive

I think so. I passed last week with 75 questions. probably around 15 SATA. Tons of priority and only a few OB. I didn't have ANY delegation that I could remember. That concerned me greatly, but I also thought that I had gotten enough correct that I should have been able to keep going if I were not above the standard by 75 questions. The chances are that you passed. Try to relax. Keep busy.

Re: 75 Q No OB

I don't remember having any OB or peds. questions either. I had 15 SATA and a load of infection control too. I passed with 75 Q's. Hope this helps!

Re: 75 Q No OB

I passed with 75 Questions and not a single ob question in the mix. Of all the areas I was weak in I thought it was OB, funny how that works.

I joke that I got the dumby test as honestly it just did not seem hard, I kept waiting for the tough questions and then the screen went blue.

I didnt find this site till after I was a nurse, I am almost happy about that, as reading all of the Nclex horror stories, I probably would have really freaked out that I didnt get any OB questions.

But rest assured, I passed and had not a single pregnancy or child birth scenario in any of my questions.
