120 questions....think I passed or not so much?

Ok, I just took the NCLEX and got 120 questions. All my friends have been passing with 75 Q's so after question 76 came on the screen I started freaking out! By question 100 I was REALLY freaking out. Does anyone know the passing rate for 120 questions? ugg.

It just can not be predicted, try to relax whilst you are waiting for your results. Good luck
