interesting as today's news (Sunday) says that more than 50% of the nurses are crossing their own picket lines. What's up with that, anyone from Sutter care to comment.
To support what? Some nurses wanting RN's instead of LPN's for break relief and some health insurance for their dogs? Most of the RN's crossing the lines are not even union anyway. Maybe they are like the replacement nurses and just need a paycheck.
Most RN's who work under the umbrella of Sutter Hospitals who did not cross the picket line were protected by the Union. The RN's that did cross the picket line were protected by Management.
