Survey finds high turnover among Michigan nurses
Twenty-two percent of Michigan's registered nurses voluntarily left their jobs this year, with most of them going to work for a different health care institution, according to a survey by the nonprofit Michigan Center for Nursing. Meanwhile, 21% of licensed practical nurses in the state left their positions, the survey found. Detroit Free Press (10/28)

Hmmmmm........ wonder how many of those were nurses who left my hospital?

All those percentages on RNs and LPNs, but no percentage on how many are soon to retire. Says just MANY.
