Southaven nurse receives top award; first in state
SOUTHAVEN - Jeanie Hardwick's bedside manner always won her the admiration of her peers, but on this occasion the Southaven registered nurse has received one of the highest accolades of her profession.
Hardwick was honored Friday as the recipient of the State of Mississippi's first DAISY Foundation Award. Accordingly, Baptist DeSoto is the first hospital in the state to be selected to participate in the DAISY Foundation program.
