They need to do more than replace nurses. They need to address why there is a nursing shortage and that is the environment.

We have threads throughout where you can send pre-made letters to your reps and take surveys. Please do them. If you can't find them, PM me and I will send you the link.

My starting pay in Iowa was actually pretty good.(I'm an Lpn, not RN yet) But, I was closer to a big city ..it was the Admin that drive me out.
