I agree completely! This is ridiculous!!!!! We should be as consoumers that if we won't be coherent ,whether or not we have nursing background, that we as a patient, scared, nervous, apprehensive, ect. that this type of behavior will not be tolerated!!! ANNE RNC SCARY!SCARY!SCARY!

Go to Tennessee.gov website. He had a license, RN, from 2001-2006.
Now listed as inactive. Guess he was in Tenn. first. Makes me go hmmmm!

Probably ran away from Tenn when things got hot. Wouldn't be the first person who got encouraged to move on or saw the light and moved on one step ahead of getting the boot.

Somehow,

I feel that if this nurse were just a regular RN- not a CRNA, and not a man, the punishment may have been more harsh.

Of course, this is just my personal gut feeling.

Wow, CRNA doing something like that? The best thing to do to this nurse is to take his license away and never to allow him to practice again. What an idiot, these are the kind of nurses that tarnish the image of nurses.

What a nutjob!!! CRNA huh? Permanently revoked license for this one!! What is even scarier, I have seen wierdos like this one over the years work at facilities with multiple complaints and reports that "never" get fired.

He sounds mentally ill. It is the Board that sentenced him who sound like the idiots. The sentence is WAY too light. He is dangerous and does not belong anywhere near patients.

His suspension is much too short, the fine is meaningless, and the Maine Board is still allowing him to return to work - not that anyone who really checks his record will hire him - but that is not the point. I just can't imagine what has gotten into the Board members who are not takig away his license permanently.

I wonder if they ever spoke up? How did this all come to light?
