Representatives of Ontario's registered nurses are in Toronto today going over details of a recently negotiated contract. The new three-year proposed agreement includes a wage increase of 10.75 per cent. The Ontario Nursing Association also says it includes some benefit, premium and vacation improvements. The deal covers about 1,200 nurses in the province.

Good on the wage front, but I'm interested to see what we'll be losing in order to get it.

Yeh, interested in knowing what you will lose in relationship to medical benefits. And what are those gains in vacation ?

We just got 4%, 3% and 3%, BUT did lose some on medical benefits from what I have been told.
