considering it was the 2nd time he did this to himself, it was old hat. lol

i can't imagine doing that to myself... but at the same time, i would rather do that than suffocate.

a professor in college, told the class how to give ourselves a trach in an emergent situation.
have never forgotten it and know the landmark w/o any doubt.

Nope. Don't think I could do it.

But then again, I haven't been in his particular situation, either. Who knows what we're capable of?
Hey, you'd probably do it, and even wipe the knife with alcohol before the fact. I know I sure would!
